Course Overview

Any organization, whether it’s a business, school, or government agency, needs leaders to help guide the way. Leaders provide direction and vision, motivate and inspire others, and help create an environment conducive to success by promoting communication and collaboration among team members. In short, leadership and strong management skills are essential for any organization that wants to achieve its objectives.

 

Successful School Leadership: Balancing Effort, Efficiency, and Effectiveness focuses on various basic leadership fundamentals.  This course is designed for participants to discover and understand various leadership styles, core characteristics of great leaders, the importance of self-management, and managing their time efficiently.
 

Course Objectives

1.  Know and understand various leadership styles.
2.  Define and understand the leaders role
3.  Understand the difference between leadership and management
4.  The importance of self-care.

Prerequisites

Participants are expected to have regular access to the Internet and participate in all Zoom meeting sessions.  Participants should be familiar with using email, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, scanning and uploading files, and browsing the Internet.  Participants are also expected to create a Google account.

Course Tuition
Course Tuition is $250.00

You will be granted an extension for 5 days only at a cost of $75.00.  NO ADDITIONAL EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED.  If you need additional time after you have paid for the 5 days, you must sign up to retake the course and pay $250.00.

All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
